Each massage is tailored to the needs of the client at that moment. We incorporate a variety of techniques into each session for your therapeutic benefit.

Swedish Massage

Light flowing strokes, used primarily for relaxation, stress relief.

Deep Tissue Massage

Firmer pressure separates layers of tissue, relieving deep muscle tensions bringing healing.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy

A highly specialized light touch therapy which boosts the body’s own self-healing, self-correcting mechanisms. Useful for TMJ Syndrome; chronic pain; headaches of any origin; fibromyalgia; PTSD; auto accident injuries, many, many more.

Trigger Point Therapy

A trigger point is a highly sensitized area of a muscle; can be difficult to locate as the pain is usually referred to another site of the body. Requires slow, deep, methodical work to locate and release.

Hot Stone Massage

Specially selected stones are heated and placed on the body in strategic locations to bring serenity, and aid healing.

NO-SHOW POLICY

We realize that sometimes, emergencies and other responsibilities arise to prevent you from keeping a scheduled appointment. Should this happen, we ask that you please call and let us know as soon as possible, preferably at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. This will enable us to reschedule your appointment at the earliest time convenient to both you and us. It will also allow us to see another client in that time slot who may be waiting for a cancellation or an "earliest available" appointment.

In the event that you simply do not show up for a scheduled appointment, we will try to contact you to reschedule, and mark your file with a "No Show" for that date.

Cancellation less than four (4) hours prior to a scheduled appointment time may be counted as a No Show.

We will forgive one No Show without consequence. However, should a second No Show occur, we will require payment for that time which was set aside specifically for you. In addition, we may require that any and all future appointments be paid in full in advance, at the time of scheduling.

There will be no credits or refunds for No Shows.
